Plan aims to deliver excellence through five strategic goals

Empowering staff, modernising IT, improving quality, enhancing co-operation and securing sustainability will all create an agile and adaptable public organisation

Thanks to a comprehensive consultation process involving the public, intellectual property system users, member states and staff, the plan represents the shared vision of the EPO and its stakeholders

"What we have now is a roadmap for achieving a more sustainable patent office for Europe, better equipped to succeed in an evolving IP landscape," said EPO President António Campinos
