Ken Davies

BSc Chemistry, MBA,

Before moving in to the executive search business over 12 years
ago, he had over fifteen years experience in board level positions within both
large blue chip and smaller entrepreneurial organisations.

Now with over a decade of experience within senior level search
and selection. He has been responsible for the recruitment of senior and board
level professionals for a number of blue chip clients across a diverse range of
industry sectors

David Reeks

Prior to becomming a head-hunter, David spent over a seven years working for a global technology PR agency in the UK.

Following his PR experience, David worked for leading head-hunting business MRI for four years working on senior level appointments across Europe. Combining experience from both sectors, David spotted the potential to develop a new kind of recruitment business, a recruitment business built on process excellence, candidate welfare and transparency, for both client and candidate.

Now as a leading executive search business, EPA Insight Ltd, David deals directly with the top Patent Attorney consultants across Europe.

David continues to be heavily involved in executive search, as a consultant he works with some of the biggest names within the industry, and has been involved in sourcing many strategic positions throughout EMEA, finding roles for some of the key people within the industry. Due to this success he is regarded as a preferred supplier to a number of top global consultancies.
